But, one in five children in the U.S. has obesity. Those children have an 80 percent chance of becoming an adult with obesity. Obesity and nutrition choices greatly impact the musculoskeletal system, and can lead to soft-tissue damage and osteoarthritis, among other life-long health conditions.
